P. D. Plastics (Aust) Pty. Ltd. commenced business in 1999, initially engaged in the importation and distribution of Thermoplastic Polyurethanes (TPU), the business continued to grow with Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE) and Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) added to the product range.
More recently an extensive range of engineering plastics including PC, PBT, POM, PPE, PA6 and PA6.6, along with alloys PC/ABS, PC/PET, PC/PBT, PMMA/ABS and PPE/PA, and specialty compounds suited to electrically and thermally conductive applications and those requiring self lubricating materials have been introduced.
A comprehensive range of additives and masterbatches has been added, including Antifog, Antiblock, Antistatic, Slip-Antiblock, Slip, Processing Aids for film, sheet and profile extrusion and injection moulding applications, Flame Retardants and UV Stabilisers, along with an extensive range of colour masterbatches on LDPE carrier. The Company distribute materials Australia wide with extensive stocks ensuring prompt, on time deliveries to meet customer requirements.
Comprehensive sales and technical support services are provided, which includes assistance with material selection and component design critique, processing and troubleshooting.
