Allviron film range, which can be made to order, includes:
Centerfold
Lay-flat
Gusseted
U-film
Single and double wound sheet formats.
Depending on the product, we can produce material between 100mm to 2000mm wide (4000mm unfolded for centrefold), and with a variety of thickness between 25um and 200um. The film can be untreated or treated, ready for printing.
Conversion of film into bags can be made for up to a maximum width of 2000mm and length of 9600mm. Bag products can be folded and boxed, or supplied, on a roll with perforations for ease of use.
The majority of our products are made from virgin LLDPE & LDPE, although much of our production contains recycled material according to customer requirements.
Over the past five years the company has gained considerable experience in producing films for specialist applications, especially those requiring compliance with Australian Standards. Our high quality base resin can be further enhanced through the addition of particular master batches that give the film a range of desired properties according to the required application.
Our one colour in line repeat printers can add text or a logo onto the film or packaging. Even the use of a simple logo or motif can act as a powerful advertisement for any company, large or small.
